Agree with cutting out processed garbage. However having a higher fat lower carb diet better helps regulate glucose in the body, which will regulate energy levels better as well as your insulin sensitivity.

High carb diets additionally trick your brain into being “hungry” a short while after even though you just slammed a ton of calories. This is why when most people eat fast food they are “hungry” again in a couple hours.
