Great article, it’s 100% true that exercise and physical activity is the magic pill people are looking for to feel better.
However the caveat is that it takes effort, but after the first few minutes of engaging in it for the most part you’ll stop seeing it as work or a hassle and get engulfed in it.
It can additionally be put under the umbrella of “preventative care”, instead of being prescribed something that might treat some symptom but will give you other symptoms or side effects, so in turn you are prescribed more things for those side effects and it’s a vicious cycle.
