I remember going through my programming bootcamp, and towards the end of it having the realization that I should have my own website. After all, what better way to prove you have solid programming and web development skills than by creating your own website?

So I started plugging away, doing everything from scratch using HTML, CSS, and Javascript. After a few days of poring over this I had an issue with getting a section to line up and display properly so I went to one of the teachers and asked him for help. His response surprised me and was not at all what I expected:

“Dude, WTF are you doing there’s a website you can use that will do this for you, AND it will look better than you could ever get it to be”.

Sometimes the truth hurts… However I learned an important lesson in this as well, if you can do something better and with less effort why not do that? This became one of my mantras in regards to programming over the next few years.

I know many of you out there market yourself for your various skills and services, so I would like to introduce you to this neat tool. It is designed and created by start bootstrap and hosted on Github for the purpose of version control and maintaining the source code you are…
