I would agree with these… except the part about not having to get up early.

While you don’t “have” to, it is a way to pull more hours out of nowhere to work on things that are important to you. You could sleep until 7 am, OR wake up 1-2 hours earlier and get a few things done before the obligations of the day begin.

I guess this depends on when you go to bed though, if you are up late and actually working then so be it, but if you are up late screwing around then maybe reconsider that going to bed at 9 and waking up at 5 is still a solid 8 hours of sleep.
