I’d agree, except I tend to think focusing on processes more than outcomes will boost you a bit more.

By focusing on some arbitrary outcome it is easy to have a blurry vision on how to get there, and let procrastination and lethargy sink in. However, if you have a process you are working on then you will be actively engaged in tasks that can the push you towards desirable outcomes.
